Rock Layout
- Choose 1 main stone with clear veins.
- 2-3 secondary stones following a uniform vein direction.
- Avoid absolutely symmetrical stone placement.
Substrate and Plants
- Low foreground, high background to create depth.
- Use pearl grass or dwarf hairgrass for the foreground.
Algae Control
- Reduce light to 6 hours/day for the first 2 weeks.
- Change 30% of water every 2-3 days in the first week.
- Maintain stable CO2 starting 1 hour before lights turn on.
